Wish I could make this meet, but think I am Manchester way helping a mate collect his new car!!  Just my luck, first month I have a Mk1 and I am away.  Is this meet held every month in the same place?  How long has it been going?  Is there a good turn out?

If I don't go to Manchester I will be there but not in the Mk1, prob in my Mk2 or Mk3 instead.  If I don't make it I hope to make next months meet, keep me posted please.

The club has been running for a couple of years and we have a really good mix of cars - plenty of golfs, polos, scirroccos, corrados, beetles, splits, bays, even a mk1 passat! We vary where the meet is held but is always the notts / derby / leicester / loughborough area. We quire often hold it at the Clock Warehouse in Shardlow, if you know it? We also dont have it the same date every month but I always post about it on here or you can check out the olds-cool-veedubbers website. Im in Long Eaton, where are you?
