Mate. If you look inside the car near the rear arch, you may see an inspection hole or some painted over tape. Look inside and you will see the tops of those studs. You will obviously have to drill them out from underneath but then maybe you can drop some new bolts down.
thats how jonp did his then I tacked it in place so he could bolt up the axle

Il have a look dude but I need to weld the hole up so I'm not too fussed about having to put new beam mounts in. Thanks for the advice

By the time you've cleaned back the rust around that area, your going to need the repair panel for it mate. It won't be just that hole I bet.
Check out melteddrummer build thread and you'll see how he's getting on

Was aiming to have this rolling by last night, but, things got in the way and hardly had anytime up with the car. And also found ALOT of rust so was cutting and grinding and welding for an eternity!
Got the car on a spit I knocked up,
Started with passenger side, ended up replacing this much
Favourite tool present
The drivers side was worse by a long way! Had to replace the whole rear section and where the inside of the car meets it. Also while car was that way, some inner arch was replaced
Give it se paint and some Shultz, can see the rear arch that was welded too
And how its looking now
As both were replaced, I measured from various points to make sure it was straight/square etc and tool a very long time in the process so I know its bang on once the 2nd one was tacked in, I offered the beam in, and it was bloody bang on!

Thanks man, you was right! Pokey pokey made the job bigger. But I'm happy that I've done it now and not bodged it up by just doing the studs.

Yes I have updates. Been major ill though so excuse the lack of work done
Got it back onto the floor and on 4 wheels, put rear callipers on as it was easier on the deck, gunna clean up a bit but plenty of life in them yet.
Also fitted the whole car with new brake lines and put a bias valve In for the rears, mounted it behind handbrake as I don't have back seats or carry weight…
Looks bit out of place but…
Doesn't look too bad I don't think
And my bay brake lines, tried being all neat and that with em.
Doing more wiring and sensor mounting for megajolt late tonight

Also mounts the shifter as you can see, I made a plate for the hole it goes through as I've mounted inside

Nice work Brad, should be hopefully finishing my rear disc conversion this weekend. Haven't gone for the bias valve like you but 2 rear brake compensators

Hardest part I ha was the cables, they're mega tight (I have gsf rocco cables)
Had to kinda bodge em last time with threaded sleeves to get them to fit. But with interior out I had good acces with mole grips etc to get them right more than happy with my progress on it upto now as I've been in my unit 1 month and also knocked 2 spits up for others aswell as doing my car
