Yuletide Greets from new Clipper driver (when it works)

seasons greeting to you all from south london..

any ideas on this nightmare recurring problem much appreciated - this car has now had a brand new muanual Webber carb,a new fuel pump,gaskets etc etc and STILL starts to act like its running out of fuel afer about 15min of driving,or the first hill/traffic jam/bit of hard driving that comes along..it starts fine again after stalling,but then the intervals to the next stall get smaller and smaller each susequent time..
this is my "everyday" car,i dont have any other so this is a nightmare to be polite about it….
any thoughts appreciated…

Fuel filler gone and tank full of debris and rust blocking fuel lines? :dontknow:

Also possible icing, is the pre-heat tube drawing warm air off the exhaust manifold? :dontknow:

but nope i have no suggestions for you , the most im tackling is a dodgy door lock !!!
