Speeding is like masturbation, everyone does it ,but it's not something you should record and put on the internet!!

Ive been through the inside taking bits out, i still have part of the dash to take out and the front carpets (sound deadenings gone but it left lots of fluffy poo so i put the carpet back for now,) ive left the heater in as its a extra bit of coolant) Ill keep butchering it.
I would have thought the windows would ahve saved a bit, but its interesting to hear its not as much as i thought..

You can save quite a lot of weight if you choose the right wheels too, what size do you run?

You seem to have a pretty complete list before you're into replacing rather essential items with lighter race versions. You could lose the exhaust middle box and replace with a straight through pipe, bound to be a few kgs there. Also I'd back up the point re: wheels, not all alloys are the same, there's light and heavy ones out there.
Other ideas:
lighter fuel tank
Drilling non-stressed areas of the bodywork
Removing excess wiring and grommets for items no longer needed (stereo, rear speakers, rear wiper, heated rear window)
Removing the underseal from the underside and wheelarches
Lighter alternator and starter motor

the sound deadening was the first thing to go.
The wheel i run are 14" ats cups for the track and when the weathers better ill have my 15" ronal turbos on for the road.

Could easily equate to a 100 pound drop in vehicle weight in 1st and 2nd gear.
