Quick question
I'm about to buy some new wheels, not sure which to go for tho, either ATS Classics, Superlites, Revolutions or Wellers. The problem I'm having is the whole offset thing. I know how to work it out etc, but what is a fairly standard offset for a wide look with 7x13's?
Also, I have been offered a set of wheels with a PCD of 101.6, will they fit? as golfs are 100

The wheels are actually off a mini, and I know for a fact that Vauxhall wheels fit on minis and they are 100, so surely it will work the other way round right?

Im not to sure on this, and if im wrong someone correct me, could you use wobble bolts to make it fit? Or just hub adapots?
And also lower the offset the more wider they are from the hub, when fitted so et30 would sit in more then say et 10.
Hope thats some help

Anyone got any pics of thier car with low and wide wheels, I think it will be easier to just say I like that look and you just tell me what offset etc you have.
Thanks to the people who have tried to help, but its something I have noticed about this site, your questions never really get answered…
Please post up pics of your golf on 13's people.

ats `s classics are only available in et20 in 7x13 im pretty sure , fit the front lookfine but look bland as a grandma on the back .
8x13 are only in et0 and - numbers , will look good but stress the stub axle .
Dont fit any other pcd than 4x100 , it`ll vibrate like a muther
wellers ? steels in chrome can look pretty cool .
My revolutions were over ?1200 after i finally sourced some continental rubber from germany and that was trade price !!! u`ll need 195 45 13 by the way .
Enjoy

the et20, is that + or - ?
The Wellers I am looking at have an et+3, would they be any good (7x13) altho I do like ATS Classics they are a bit common. Just been looking on ebay.de and the wheels aver there are so much cheaper

Cheers Chudd.
Another question. Would 8x13's be too wide and stick out too far, and would fitting tyres be a problem?
