g60 gearboxs

thinking of doing a g60 at some point  as got one sat here and always wanted to,but want to use standard box or is that not really a choice as dont want to start fitting pedal boxes etc or is that the only way to go really?

Use a cable clutch on the 02a box. No pedal box required.

Il take a pic tomorrow mate. Its a cable clutch actuator from a seat abf or Toledo, mk1 1.3 clutch cable basically.

Thanks for that does it have a part number on it so I can track one down 

It does and tracking one down is hard… They do come up but obsolete from dealers. Tps did have them but seem to have discontinued them. Il dig a number out but there's plenty if info with numbers in google man. 

Search 02a cable clutch and club Gti would be best place to look.
