1.8t conversion into GX

Just got back from mk1OC meet, met alot of interesting chaps who have swayed me into thinking its a good idea to do this - so i met one bloke who said he could get me a full "package" for £750 and then id just need to get a couple of other things.

So i was wondering if anyone around the area has done this conversion or knows of someone who would do it and how much they would want.

Think im being a bit naive regarding how much work is involved but im very keen to look at this as an option!

ive done the converstion and am in the midlands. my advice have a go your self. fit mount to engine hoist it in and you 50 % there  

whats a full package for 750? sound sway to cheap!

I thought I would just need "a couple of things" when I started mine mate. Trust me the list soon mounts up if you're going to do the conversion.

As Jon said £750 sounds way too cheap. Could be just the engine??
