just missing speaker grill if any one got one?

Very nice, i have one of them aswell.    Can you show a pic of the mounting holes on the side as mine seems to be different for all other ones!  I would like to double check!

I have a speaker grille, though i would require that dash as a swap,  

one day i'll get myself one, current one is cracked and warped.  :roll:

mk1 alan the mounting is same as s2 two bolt holes with plastic lids

its cracke across the  dash vents but butted together you cant se the cracks.

just put her in and looks great

now the problem i got is that when i got the series one shell it had no wiring loom  or dash.  so i put my s2 stuff in temp. now i got a s1 dash the wiring is diff so the only thing that works at the mo is the hazards lights and the lights the rest i will require series one plugs and splice into my series 2 loom.  t

i tell you wat i'm either insane or obsesed to be putting this much work and money into a 27 yr old car.  i'm only 22!!!!!

Hi - I have an S1 dash loom - what fuse box to you have?  Bullet or blade?

i have a series 2 blade type fuse box.  i also have a bullet type on in the shed. but no loom to go with.  hence why i put s2 in

I now know for sure that my dash is different to most, it is from an SA golf and they must be slightly different, i think the ones made up to 76 are like mine! Thanks for your help!  :y:
