Nuts to them Raleigh Choppers they were lethal, mind you I had a Raleigh Commando with 3 speed gear changer built into the handle which looked cool but if you slipped with the handle and it changed in between gears it took years off you as your crotch crashed onto the seat  8O .  Couldn't afford a Commodore, so for years made do with a ZX81 with a massive 1k memory, then thought I'd won the lottery when I got a Sprectrum 48K with rubber keypad .

I Remember Spangles and Texan, also Corona fizzy pop and the 10p? deposit on return of the empty bottle, green shield stamps were ace too  :mrgreen:

i had a chopper too. i taped an old fishing rod to the sissy bar and prettended it was a c.b. remember them? also used to don a gas mask and ride around pretending i was a tie fighter pilot.
 yup, spangles and texans and corona and 10p return. flying saucers, gold nuggets and moondust. finger mouse any one?

Yes I remember finger mouse, he got killed off in the end, screwed up and thrown in the bin!!
I used to love those rainbow drops they were like sugar covered coloured rice crispies, ace!! I also had two or three pairs of illumnious socks which I used to wear odd pairs with me skin tight stone washes Lee jeans!! Yikes.
I was 31 this year, like it says on that u tube thing, How the hell did that happen??!!
