Over here I just went to a Breakers and took one of a GOLF, or Audi the same size.  You can scrape the Button off with a razor blade under the Button or Mount, and the windscreen.

Going back use a Sharpie Marker on the outside to locate the Mid point between your Sunvizors use your old button as the mark and outline it.

Clean the wind screen with Alcohol, and I found that clear RTV or Silicone, will Glue the button back, the only issue is that you have to tape it in place over night one Drop then squeeze all the air bubbles out and Tape it.

After it dries you use a razor and go around the edges.
It lasts longer than the kits you buy in the parts store.

Trick 2 is my how-to on keeping your new tube of rtv Fresh, works for a long time, as I just discovered a Tube that I did this on that got lost in a move.  It was still good after a year and a half.
