What size fits best with stock suspension?

Issue with chosing wheels for my mk1 cabriolet 91'
I am from cyprus and there is very small amout of bbs rims. I am looking for 15x7 et 32-35 but i havent found any as such. I have found 15x7 et20 with 195 50 R15 tires are these going to fit? . (Golf Mk1 Cabriolet 1991 1.8 8v Digifant2).
