Does anyone know where I can get spare wheel securing nut (full unit) for a 1983 MK1 Golf GTI?

I am looking for a spare wheel securing nut (full unit) for a 1983 MK1 Golf GTI.  There is nothing holding the wheel in at all - just a small hole in the spare wheel well pan.  Does anyone know where I can get one?  If not does anyone have a photo of what it looks like so I know what I'm looking for!

The tin tops never had a securing nut. There is/was a strap with a buckle that hooks on to two hooks on the lower inside of the wheel well.
