need help with what parts to buyand wheres best to buy from

so my project is slowly coming on but my mechanic has given me a list of things to buy, for now all I urgently need is an ignition coil and distributor, its a 83 1.1 tintop, could anyone but me in the direction of good quality new parts without busting the bank? let me know asap as I need to get these parts ordered today but ive checked ebay and europarts and im unsure what to buy

I get all my parts from vw heritage. Always good quality parts. Only problem I ever had over the last 4 odd years was a rear window frame for a cabby

A proper rear tension cable is over £70.00
When really it’s a £40.00 item.
