The front end seems really high, I bought the front springs from Heritage part no: 177-411-105G, did I order the wrong ones???
Any advice would be appreciated.

Are they matching springs and shock all round?
Anything heavy in the boot?
Any more even with the hood up?

No not matching springs, Monroe on the back.
I've taken all the spares out of the boot and it did lift the rear a small amount but the fronts are the same

Look like generic one-size-fits-all so prob would have been best sticking with originals and just replaceing the dampers

With the top down you are adding about 150 pound or more to the rear of the car off center of the axis, and the car will come up a bit on the front.
