Engine issues

Hi my mk1 cab convertible starts fine but when I press the throttle engine bogs down instead of reviving up and if I put under load engine stalls 
I have serviced it changed plugs leads dizzy cap and rotor arm 
Revs not to bad when cold but gets worse as engine warms up 
Tick over can be a little up and down 
Car has been off the road for 5 years 
Any ideas would be gratefully received

Carb or fuel injection?

Did it do the same before the service?

Any holes or rust in the fuel tank or filler neck?
