Citi golf carburetor engined owners

Are they any carburetor engined citi golf owners on the forum who can help with a part number?
on the fuel return line a few inches after the metal canister fuel vapouriser there is a small whiteish
Part that i need the part number for as mine is missing and i cannot find it on etka.
