Auxiliary Air Valve

Hi,

Have removed the AAV from my engine to check it out.
The AAV was open.
Put 12v across the connections.
Left it for a few minutes.
The body got warm and the AAV closed.

After I disconnected it the AAV opened.
This took a few minutes and as it cooled down.

Does this suggest that it is working OK?
