What other toys do you have?
I just got this Daytona at the weekend and Oh My God is it fast. 8O 8O 8O
Scared the hell out of me, 95mph in 2nd gear (on a private track obviously  ) and the engine is amazing. Parked up next to my Sv650 and a very dusty golf.
What else have you guys and gals got???

lucky git them 675s are supposed to handle the nuts 8)
how are you finding it?
got a 1999 955i that i love and refuse to part with its a perfect A road blaster 8) had 955s for 8 years now
ADVICE get yaself an open pipe for it and get it remapped then go and blast thru a tunnel at full chat and if its anything like a 955 it howl like banshee on speed
you'll see people in cars turning around wondering what the hell is coming

Already done my friend. The noise is unbelievable. I'm sure my neighbours appreciated how amazed I was by it when i revved it for about 10 mins on Sunday Lunchtime just to listen to it.
The power is just so smooth, you think it's all low like the twin of the Sv and then when it get to 8,000rpm it takes off again and screams to 16k.
Reminds me of how smooth the VFR 400 was - only bigger and much, much faster  8O

Trouble is once you've had a bike the speed of a car never feels the same
Having said that the mk1 is still my favorite

This is a strange one it must be said.
I don't have any other wheeled toys at the moment but I'm in the market for a new pedal bike, just not sure what to go for. Thing is bikes are so cheap these days you're spoilt for choice.

That's a nice car - a bit over the top but I bet the Golf was for it's day. The only thing that worries me is how many Renault 5 GT Turbos do you still see? The French can always make fun revvy engines, but they tend to fall apart. It takes the Germans to build something that lasts.
Laura are you a track instructor???

i wish lol, no im not
but im very involved with a renault tuning company and we do alot of track days, shows, events and such, infact we have our own trackday with free tuition organised next month, in partnership with performance french car.
5's are noturiously crap, however there are still loads of williams about going strong and holding thier value extremely well,
our throttlebodies ph1 (not mine) is now on 87k 50 of which has been on the ITB with no other engine mods and shows no signs of dying just yet

This is a lovely bike but how long do you suppose I'm gonna stop it being half inched in London? 'City' is cockney rhyming slang for… And that's the way it is these days in these parts.

yama mt-03, a bit falls off every time i stop, but apart from that its a good bike. now has a straight thro exhaust and sound like gods thunder, does the rev count as fast as you can twist the throttle. i love it.
just wish it would stop falling to pieces.
