Surrey area! Good with bike carbs?

Hi, i'm in Surrey, willing to travel a little way to find a garage with a good rolling road set up, and that's good with bike carb conversions.
I'm wanting to undertake a 1.4 16v engine conversion on bike carbs this summer. Although i'm reluctant to do so without knowing of a good garage that can help me tune and jet the carbs.

Ideally i'd love there to be a garage simular to that of Bogg Brothers, from what i've heard, they are perfect for this kinda thing! Shame they're 4 hours away really.
