looking for a mk1 gti expert

does anybody no of a mk1 gti expert in kent. iv got a mk1 gti cab and has serious starting issues. iv had 3 garages look at her and still no luck. i need a back to basics old school expert to help me.. any suggestions... thanks....dan

Theres a guy who owns a garage near Crawley called Retro VW.He is called Brian,and is the bee's knees.He specialises in GTI's and can do almost anything from body work to engine etc..also has spare bits n bobs in stock.Very down to earth guy.  01293 863150 Unit 1 Birtchfield park industrial estate,Ifield rd,Charlwood,Surrey…Bit out the way of Kent but i hope this helps
