Bodyshop in West Midlands

Bodyshop needed in West Midlands, near Birmingham/West Brom/Dudley/Wolverhampton if possible. Damage to passenger door, requires removal of dent and respray to affected area. Damage is fairly minor, somebody tried to break in with screwdriver, but needs to be sorted. Any recommendations of bodyshops. Also how much do you think i should pay?
