Which 16V manifold and exhaust

Hi, considering buying new manifold and exhaust for our 1.8 16v . Anyone know of good deals out there. Not bothered by stainless just reasonably quiet and reasonably priced. Got stupid large thing that bangs around at the moment. I think next doors kids got lost in it, its that big !!!! LOL !!!!! Help please
