filler cap plastic ring

Just done the old fuel filler neck replacement the only thing i need to finish it off is the plastic sticky ring that covers the screws that hold the top of the filler neck just under the cap.
anyone any ideas where i can get one?

I got mine from gsf, dont know what the part number is..i think gpc do them too.
