Dellorto twin 40 jets - what size jets do I need? Help!!!

Talking to my mechanic last night and we are still no sure what size jets i need to fit to my dellorto twin 40's to get the best out of them. They are mounted to a 1.8 16v mk2 engine.

If anyone has any ideas all suggestions will be greatly received!
