1.6 and 1.8 systems

will a complete system designed for a 1.8 fit a 1.6 and vice versa?

thinking of getting a stainless steel 4-1 manifold by magnex with the centre and back section.  can anyone recommend magnex? what do they sound like? i dont want it ridiculously loud.

any comments advice apreciated cheers
