Description:

With much reluctance I have decided to sell my MK1 caddy, in original oxford blue, the reason I am selling is to put my money into another project.
The caddy was an original barn find. (I have pictures upon request) It was originally used for shifting hay around the farm.

The caddy has undergone a major restoration to get it road worthy as the rear arches sills ect had rotted including the passenger floor.
All of rust and rot has been cut out and new panels cut to size and professionally welded in. All of this work is now complete.
Included in the sale is a brand new rear bed which needs fitting. I have also kept the original parts I have replaced.

Including the purchase price I have sank well over £3250 into this caddy it would make a excellent project for someone, when painted this car would be mint.
The original idea was to paint this car in VW helios blue. If you have any questions PM me or reply in the thread.

I am restoring a caddy currently which will be for sale in a few weeks, I was planning to fit a 1.8t engine, but can fit a 130pd diesel if you are interested?
