What it's become

Scrolling through eBay just now and come across a mk1 which claims to be the one from the show wheeler dealers! What have they done to the poor thing!! At least someone has taken off the side stripes which Ed put on upside down.  Dreadful refurbed P-Slots still made it though.

The p slots are about the only thing that did make it! Looks as if mike drove it out the garage and left it in a field for the last several years!

Oh what a state. It was on ebay a couple of months ago, I guess the buyer didn't cough up? Or they're moving it on now they realise the work involved?

You do have to remember that was filmed in 2003, amazing what 11 years can do to a car.

Looks like it's the same guys that are selling this one that have re-advertised a total of 3 times now a very tired red sportline that seems to sell but then shows back up again after a week or so.  They may have finally sold that one now though… would not be too surprised to see it again though.

Looks like they also have another sport line for sale now…

Crying out for some love and attention......wonder how many owners this one is up to now.

Wife, kids, car……not necessarily in that order.

They should get it back on the show! Then sell it to some one that will look after it, like me!!

Someone on here did contact the show a couple of months back when it showed up on eBay and got an email back saying they would not be interested at the moment.

Well it's got 1 bid so far! Not sure how much it's worth but would be pretty cool being able to say 'my car was the one on wheeler dealers'

So just under a month has passed since the car was on eBay and you'd never believe the car has been pretty much re-restored! Found this on the "was it you?" Section on here!

Do it once and do it right! ok, we've identified the problem, lets not make it worse by guessing……… Identifying the sympton is not the same as understanding the cause :)
