That dang white is sooo hard to keep clean….

Went to the body shop with some pennies to help move things along to find its been there a week but not started Sigh…siggggghhhhh. SULK….
He apologised the vehicle before took longer than expected so I miss the agm… again
I may however escape up to see show and shine day in my daily mk4 .. fingers crossed.
Have a lego experience of a day
and remember sun cream floppy tops.
If in a tin top remember sun cream too.
Fancy dress
1st prize goes to the girl I never got her number.
2nd to the tight denim short wearer
Joint 3rd to who ya gonna call.

Well had a urge to move things about on the drive.. move spare kr engine to garage.... tried to get to caster... with a battery ..

Got all my cars that are at home moving.. although on return to the drive, my caster refused to start even with leads from mk4.. so battery out tomorrow and a good charge.
Hopefully get 2 cars to agm….3 is possible.

I changed out my wholey windshield jug for a brandy spanking new one it is so pretty………

Well I think those look very smart  indeed. You should be proud (even if one or two are a bit grumpy sometimes). Do I dare ask which you like most, or are they like children & you can't / daren't say, 😱

Well to be fair each is different… so mk2  not in picture is my favourite drive.. but sportline, green clipper, tintop , mk4 is a good drive too( had 4 of them so familar with drive)

Ken if you offered me a drive t would be the white tin top IF it has a nice sporty motor in it (sorry I don’t love a plodder). Failing that I would have a play in the red one.

Nice collection though. A lot of work to keep them safe from rust worm and the electrical gremlins.

Picked up some Porsche 7 slots… Waiting on adapters

The "Dirty Girl" has her new shoes… no rubbing…30 mm adapters all round … 195/40/16 on a 16x7 wheel… +65 backspace. .

As per original pic.. whiter than a ghost on Halloween picking my boy up, photo opp.. why not.

Took the mk1 to emerald for some tweaks 👹👹👹    

Hmmm I've bought some more parts…topped up coolants ..oh snd also bought back snowy original engine.

Got a new project car. So been working on her.
Had some great help from John.
But this car had an old alarm on it.
So set about taking it out and repairing the awful mess the installler left.





Some wires were spliced together with wrong gauge wire and in 3 bits when one would of done. Some just twisted bare wire at the ign switch.
So cut out junk made new pieces proper gauge. All soldered heat shrink and then taped.
