Right I thought the no number plates was a good shout but……crashed and burned! So last throw of the dice, gap around front door looks too wide, seal round rear boot lock looks too small, plus on the VIN if you follow the code its a 1981 not a 1980? Thats it stick a fork in me I am done!! cheers from a very mild Spain!

Hi from wet and freezing Belgrade. 
I'm looking for a reason I would want to buy it, not what might be wrong with it.

It would be because a Diplomat did own it and no it's armoured plated, bomb and bullet proof.  

It's much more simple than that!

Well up to a point you're right apart from one thing, there's one box that I can tick and you all have been trying really hard to be fair to work out what it may be.

I didn't realize it would be that hard to be honest.

Okay so I think it's time to put you all out of your misery and pain.  

One of the very many benefits of being a Diplomat is your housing is provided free and will always be mid to up market. No expense spared for our Diplomats.

So what does that mean in this case?
Almost without exception you would receive your own garage for one car or at the very least an underground car parking space.

So what was the point?
If you look at the pictures again you should have noticed how fresh and bright the paintwork is for its age!!!

That's because there's a very strong likelihood this car has been garaged all it's life and this was what I was looking for.    

I have first hand experience of such a car but as I see several players waiting on-line for the answer I explain later!
