No you don't understand Mike, you've said that someone has hit the nail on the head, say it was £3000 I'm gonna go for £3001

"Hitting the nail on the head" could mean the number is £1234!  ;)

Well I did say we can have the same price Si.
Otherwise players would have to memorise all the guesses.

We had duplicates in the past so I'm not bothered really.   :)

Looks like a reasonable car and well maintained, I think they'll be asking 3200.

Well it just goes to show the lack of dedication from some members, especially MrsGolyTheGolf
She couldn't even be bothered to un-tie herself, remove her gag and make a guess on this week's car.
I will let her know that she is now one whole point down for lack of participation. Ha!

Disclaimer: My wife is fine. I have in no way harmed her or put her in any pain during this GAP season. She is, however, very preoccupied because we are having a new kitchen fitted. It's all go at our house at the minute so this is  probably the reason she hasn't guessed.

Sure am. She is doing a sterling job so far, and as far as tools go I have allowed her a Victorinox Swiss army knife.

Well I've now seen the results and one player was a mere £9 off the actual asking price!

Now looking at the league table these double pointers can really have an impact on how it shapes up.

There will be at least another half a dozen between now and the end of the season so don't give up hope yet.
Don't forget all the other bonus points thought the season either!  ;)

See you all in the morning with the results.   :)

Morning everyone, so let's take a look at the results for this week.

Car No. 4
The 'Asking Price' was £4,884 or €6,349

2.jpg

So onto the results.

1st Place               dubboy                                       £ 4875     :ocf_emoticons__notworthy:
2nd Place                    jinjar ppc229w                           £ 5,000     :ocf_emoticons__eusa_dance:
3rd Place                           sweetmk1dub                                        £4,100      :ocf_emoticons__alright:

Now if we were to take an average of the prices put forward we have the following results: £3,322 compared to the asking price of £4,884.
Considering people are talking about how overpriced the cars are on the forum, I'm a little surprised we've come in with such a low figure.

So while you paw over this week's results I'm off to do some stuff but I'll be back later this morning with the updated League Table and the post-match report and stats! :)
