Does anyone recognise  / know  any history about this car  …the registration seems very  familiar.   Ex club gti car 
Mk1 2l TSR G60.  .getting. There twice as fast

Mk1 lhd diesel…….getting. There for half the cost

Lol they fold in or right round, but the pics i have seen there is a lot of rust.

Yep.  Plenty of work needed.  But it looks like  a complete car with plenty of potential…
I like that its  an 81 W reg  , a bit unusual
