Mk2 throttle bod conversion.

Hi all. So spent some time cleaning up a spare intake manifold and have a mk2 throttle body which I have matched to the manifold.

2 issues I need to fix.

1 it’s missing the idle screw and have found the below. As it have never removed one and don’t have one to look at without disturbing the one on my car does anyone know if this looks correct?



2. The throttle linkage is different and I am hoping I can simply undo the 13 mm nut and swap it with the original on I have?

By the way mine is a 1.6 GTI and I think the throttle body I have is of a mk2 1.8 8 valve.
