can anybody help me with a couple of small parts for a mk1 cabriolet?

I am looking for the rubber grommet that fits in front of the sill under the front wheel arch 2 missing one each side, also the metal clip that fits on the inside of the door by the flap which the door trim fits onto looks like a square with hole with 2 legs for the trim clip to fit into, both lost by the body shop. thanks
