Very sweet 1.6 GTi, straight and original old girl, black twin headlamp model with black and red interior.

First registered 09/10/1981 to an Else Jones of Wilmslow, Cheshire, go GTi gran!!, since then it has been in the ownership of one family and now me.

The conition is great for it's twenty-seven years and 110,000 miles, all old mot's are present and correct, it's taxed and the m.o.t. is July 2009.

I bought the car in July, prior to this it has received a refresh including a new drivers seat bolster re-trim (exact match) and refurbishment of the original fitment alloys.

Recent bills include handbrake cables, boot-strut and a four year guarantee battery.

I have been using the car as a daily driver and it attracts a lot of attention, especially on petrol station forecourts for some reason!

I'm looking to move to Denmark with work early next year, hence the sale.
