MK1 1.5GX Not mint but will make somebody a lovely runabout.

bad points:
Damp in boot (needs new bootlid seal possibly?)
small hole on boot floor but wheel well is fine
O/s/r door won't open (just a problem with the mech I think)
lacquer starting to come off on some panels
very low tick over from a cold start (but never stalls)
slight leak from rocker (sorted with a gasket for about ?2)

good points:
never fails to start
gti alloys
cheap to tax

Looking for about ?450, I bought it for parts but it's too good to break, so i got it through an mot and it's now back on the road!!

tried to be as honest as I can and if I had the time and money (funds currently being sapped by the GTI !!) I would sort this car myself..

would love it to go to someone on here who would appreciate it..
