Engine mount removal problems

Post

I'm in the process of changing my engine mounts, I've removed the gearbox side and rear mounts for changing but I'm having difficulties with the drivers side mount.
I also unbolted the front mount for extra movement even though I'm retaining the poly bush in it.

I've removed the big bolt in the centre and a bolt from underneath at the rear and there looks to be an Allen bolt on the top but this is fouled by the poly insert. The only way I can think of getting to it is by cutting the insert.

Is there any other bolts that I'm missing and is there another way to go about removing this mount? Dropping the engine right down or lifting it up seems like it would work but I'd rather avoid that if possible.

Cheers

There's 4 bolts holding that drivers side mount to the engine.

Ach that's bad news, was hoping there was only two. Any idea what's required to get them out?

You'll have to take timing belt cover off and expose the bolts buddy. Either a 10mm socket or 6mm Allen key if I remember right, but you'll soon see with the belt cover off buddy

Ok cheers man I'll have a look. Isn't part of the cover behind the belt though? Or is that just the inner cover and I'm being a bit thick lol
