Engine mount question
I'm converting a small block engine mount to take the larger bush from the big block. In it's unstressed state, the mounting hole is not in the centre of the bush. Does the weight of the engine pull the mounting hole down to the centre of the bush or is it always off centre?

It moves with the weight of the engine...

I expect it to do that, but I'm trying to guesstimate whether to move the bush down to allow for the engine weighing less. What's the difference in weight between the big and small engines?

Oh right - I see.
No idea what the measured difference might be, but I would expect it to be quite a lot.
