Which gearbox??

Is the 2y box out  of the mk2 16v ? cause that only gives 19 mph per 1000 revs so 80mph would be over 4000 revs.

its not too bad, it hits the limiter in 5th way off the clock, it is a bit annoying on the motorway think its about 70 at 3500rpm,  but its good for sprinting and feels awesome when your flicking through the gears like no tommrow
