tape.... (sounds really daft)
Does anyone know where to buy the original-style tape, which is used to hold wires onto the inside floor area, such as the handbrake switch wire and the fuel pump/gauge sender wires? I only need a little bit, but I don't think duck tape or masking tape would come off again without damaging paintwork; while insulation tape or sellotape just isn't quite right…and probably wouldn't hold the wires properly either.
Here's a pic of the stuff, before the floor was resprayed:

handbrake
What year is your car as im trying to sort my handbrake cable out.
Your lever is different (my cables sit on top of the lever and yours sit underneath, why?)
is mine wrong?
84 cab?
Duck tape would be fine but it leaves a nasty residue!

Car is 1981. If your handbrake pulls the cables when its pulled up, it must be fine, there must be a later design or something if it looks different.
