MFA Not Working

My MFA isnt working at all, The clock also doesnt, its stuck on 1.00. Nothing happens when i press the button on the stalk, anyone got any ideas what it could be, i dont know where to start looking, cheers!

Disconnect the battery for at least 5 minutes , connect and it should reset .
