Found the petrol leak, but where actually is it? *photo*

Well those pipes are soaked in petrol, so:
1. Where could it be coming from?
2. Easy fix/time required?
3. Parts needed (if any)?
Also sometimes the engine starts fine sometimes it needs to turn over, stop and then it will start first time, related?

5mm Braided or 7mm fuel/exp.tank hose?
Had a measure and the metal pipe to the front of the car seems to be 7mm :dontknow:

And I changed it myself, in the wind and rain, and, SHE LIVES!!!!
AHahahaha
I feel so happy.
Not the first time I've worked on a car (replaced Volvo 850 Estates Damper mount).
But she lives and she seems much smoother!
However how fast should it idle? Its about 500/600 RPM and seems very close to stalling, any way of getting that up to say 800?
