No but seriously, just caught up with this thread. Nice car, its a nice combination to have the 1.6 and the silver, there can't be that many silver ones left now. Re: the fuelling problem, strange to get fuel into the air side of the metering head, basically it should never happen. Possibly you fitted another broken one?

I actually tried 3 different metering heads, and I had the same outcome with all of them. :dontknow:

I spent 40 minutes before i eventually squeezed the damn exhaust manifold on last night. Then I rounded off some bolts, so just bought some new ones.
