1. The guy who won it for ?100 and potentially won't get it, has a right to be very peeved!
2. The guy who's offered ?300 will probably walk once he's seen it - its worth around ?100-150 at most, I've seen it in the flesh and given it a good going over.
If you really want a van, and don't mind doing what will be a good amount of restoration, including replacing some panels and a lot of 'tidying up' of previous poor quality work, then there's nothing wrong with it. Don't delude yourself you'll be able to drive this one away (safely) though.
