Clunk when turning Steering wheel
Any ideas chaps? hopefully not a CV joint, could be something hitting anything but doubt it, not much to hit, and its not a normal noise.

If i drive after turning to the right clunk then its aligned slightly to the right
and if i turn it to the left clunk and carry on it pulls to the left a fair bit!
Any help would be great!

Otherwise, have a good check of all suspension/steering. Wheel bearing would normally whine. Are your top mounts ok? Do the 'finger' test - if you can get your finger in gap between the top plate of top mount and the rubber then you need new ones!
Cheers

To check the track rod ends jack up the car and waggle the wheel from side to side, you should feel a clunk If ther is play in the joints). You coulds also get someone to look at the track rod end at the same time and check for visual movement.
If this does not turn up anything start checking suspension bushes and top mounts for wear.

I had new suspension on car only last month - so wasn't any of that but I did check just in case… parts faulty and all!!!
Again this website confirmed what issue was for me - keep the site rocking all.
Hope you find out what ur issues is?
