I removed the windscreen myself by tucking the inside part of the seal under the spot weld lip a little at at time, starting in the top corner and then equal amounts each side of the start point, took about half and hour.
The headlining I found quite easy to do using the instructions you guys recommended and the 3M Refit tape. I would have really struggled with contact adhesive, spray or from a tube.
I attached about 6 inches at the front and then the same at the rear, the completed the windscreen area. After that was complete I did the sides and finished with the rear C pillars.
I found i quite straightforward and would say if you have the patience and use the tape go for it.
