My roof won't come all the way down
It doesn't seem to be catching anywhere so I'm thinking it's to do with the hydraulics, and I've fully oiled all of the joints which are fine.
Any suggestions on how to fix this would be greatly appreciated!!!

I can't pull it down either, and I don't want to force the handles!FlashGordon said
Hey there, not sure if I should be adding to my previous post or making a new one, but my automatic roof doesn't want to come down. When I hold down the roof button it's started stopping 2-3 inches away from the windscreen. I've added some pictures so you can see.

Have you checked the oil level for the roof hydraulics?

thank you for the tip - will do that!mark1gls said
I can't help much as I've got a manual roof but it's a good idea to lower the rear windows a little when putting up the roof so they don't push on the roof seals.

As suggested it would be prudent to make sure that your fluid level in the pump is correct.
What do Divorces, Great Coffee, and Car Electrics all have in common?
They all start with GOOD Grounds.

thank you Briano, this was my first thought but even with the back windows completely down the roof still rests 2-3 inches above the windscreen.Briano1234 said
Lowering your rear windows prevents the frame from catching on them and using them as a pivot point especially if your rear windows are too high.

I'll hunt down a guide for the pump fluid level and check it out tomorrow, thank you
