Blank switch and surround

I need to find or new blank switch to go above fog and hazard light and I want the surround that goes around hazard light, rear demister etc.

I have attached photos. Does anyone know part numbers or have items?

I want to replace top aftermarket switch with a blank and get the  surround for all the 4 switches. UK model 1982

I used a regular slim line rocker but cut the blank and retrofitted it.

Now take one of the blanks out of your dash Carefully using a hack saw, saw the raised portion off , this will open a hole in the plate to allow the switch to
be inserted. This is a custom fit and filing will need to be done.

That would be great. The missing surround and aftermarket switch that can be blanked would really improve the look when driving.
