1. how do i get the pillar out between quarter window & front window
2. i cant get mirrors off as they dont fold to get access to screws

2. the mirror should fold, try spraying in some penetrating oil in the gap between the base and mirror frame it see if it moves, you will have to move the mirror to gain access to the 2 screw.

Remove the door card
Remove the inner and outer scraper.
Remove the main window.
Remove the 2 screws at the top of the wing, one in the rubber one under it.
Carefully shoot some lube on a scraper and Gingerly get it on the under side of the seal inside and out.
Remove the 1 or 2 lower screws on the Channel.
A couple of Palm smacks on the rear of the vent frame (open the window) will usually clear the vent out of the frame.
Once the window seal is clear of the metal, then you are going to have to rotate it to get it out of the door frame at the top as the lower screw mounts interfere with the removal out the Window gap which is why you have to rotate it.
