track rod end question

Tracking out so need to sort it and I ordered what I thought were the correct track rod ends which when they have come they have a slight bend on them. Checking the car they are straight and I think one is fixed as there is no locking nut so my question is this. Am I correct in thing you just make the adjustment on the drivers side and will the new end with the bend still work fine with it or do I need to send it back for a strait one? Thanks guys

The bent track rod ends are for a Mk2 golf and tracking is set on one side on the Mk1 unless you replace the inner rack joint then you normally fit the adjustable type both sides
