Just bought a k&n air filter for it do don't need to replace it, it will go hand in hand with the long term waterless coolant that I have bought.
Ordered up next years oil filter as well for its service.
Need to check out that I just use Quantum Synta as usual ?
Also just bought a GOLF GLS refurb kit from funk.
Lastly have bought 4 giant fleeces to act as insulation behind the 2 garage doors through the winter.

Back in the day when the S1 was considered new I had a GLS with the small rear lights.
Looking back at old photos and apart from cringing at the fashion sense I had then I can see no plastic number plate holder in the photos. It was a 77 model, trim levels may have altered on later models.
Just food for thought before you splash the cash again.
